Beach Rentals At Navarre

April 27th and 28th is Navarre’s biggest event of the year!  The two days of non-stop entertainment if full of something for everyone.  There will be concerts, food, kids activities, fireworks, a 5K, and more!  If you’re going to be in Navarre Beach the weekend of April 27th, it’s something you’ve got to experience.  There will be free shuttle service from the county park on Navarre beach during festival hours.  Visit the Navarre Chamber of Commerce website for more details!  We hope to see you there!

We’ve already told you how much we love Stinky’s but did we mention it’s awesome counterpart, Helen Back?  Helen Back Cafe has been in business for more than 20 years serving up our area’s best pizza pies.  Navarre Beach is their third and arguably best location, in the same building as Stinky’s Fish Camp, Navarre.  With beautiful views, a wide variety of beers on tap and in the bottle, HD screens showing any sport on your agenda, and a friendly and hospitable waitstaff, Helenback is clearly the best pizza place on Navarre Beach.  Make sure to stop just east of the Navarre Beach Bridge and enjoy the experience that locals have been enjoying for more than 20 years.  They even  have an Easter Brunch this Sunday!

It’s almost time!  The Navarre Beach Butterfly House is ready for their opening day!  They’ve been working hard to make their butterfly sanctuary ready for the 2012 spring and summer season and it looks amazing!  They will be open starting April 19, 2012 Thursday through Saturday until early fall.  Taking your kids to see this beautiful wonder of Navarre Beach is a must!  Don’t have kids?  It’s still fantastic!  Make sure you pencil in some of your beach time, admission is free and there’s something for everyone to learn and enjoy.

Fun for everyone!  If fishing isn’t for you, the Navarre Beach Pier has three lighted volley ball courts, a playground and picnic tables so the whole family can enjoy the beach the way they want!  Pack a picnic lunch to watch the kids play at the park on the beach while dad fishes for dinner from the pier.  Then head back to your beautiful beach home to grill by sunset and relax as the waves roll in.

Happy Friday!  Great news!  Stinky’s Fish Camp has opened a new location at the base of the Navarre Beach Bridge, right next to Helenback!  This posh seafood and wine bar serves oysters all day, all ways and is known for their cool, laid back atmosphere and ‘to-die-for’ dining experience where you can eat like a Hilton, feel like a local, and look like beach-goer.  Make sure you try their award winning chicken and andouille gumbo and the fantastic crab cakes.  The fried brie with memaw’s pepper jelly is a must have as well.  We’re so lucky to have such a great addition to our Navarre Beach restaurants!
